FEW ARE SAVED
Readers, do you know that when Jesus returns only a few of us will be saved? How do I know that? That’s what Jesus said. And that’s what happened during Noah’s days and today. Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23. What is Jesus saying here? Jesus says that what we say when we go to church each week will not save us. What we show in public when we go to church each week will not make us eligible for the kingdom of heaven either. Why? Because, what counts is what we do behind closed doors that we don’t show that will determine whether we will go to heaven or not. Are we doing behind closed doors what God wants us to do? Or, are we doing 50% of His will and 50% of our will? Or are we doing 100% of our will? There is nothing that we do behind closed doors that goes against the will of God that God does not see or know. And do you want to know why? Because as soon as we violate God’s laws, Satan will appear before God and accuse us of disobeying God’s laws, guaranteed. Satan wants us dead now! And the reason why we are still alive until today is because of the protection that we receive from God and His angels. Jesus said, "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide [is] the gate and broad [is] the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.” "Because narrow [is] the gate and difficult [is] the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13-14. Look at the prophet Noah. "Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every intent of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, "I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them." But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.” Genesis 6:5-8. God saved only a handful of people out of millions or billions whom He destroyed during the big flood. I heard a reader say that the reason why a few only was saved during Noah's time was because they did not believe in Noah. Oh, really, is that the reason why only a few were saved during Noah’s time? Do today's Christians believe in Jesus? Do they? No, they do not either! So, why should Jesus save people who do not believe and betrayed Him? Christians abolished all of Jesus' words and commandments, followed Paul faithfully, and did nothing but believe that they are saved under grace! During Noah's time nobody wants to listen to Noah. During Jesus' time nobody wants to listen to Jesus either. They follow Paul. Was that not what happened during Noah's time and Jesus' time, nobody believed Noah, and nobody believed Jesus? Now then, why would Jesus save anyone who betrayed and left Him, why? Why would Jesus save anyone who is not His sheep?
