IN GOD WE TRUST
Readers, you may be wondering why am I writing this article IN GOD WE TRUST? Don’t we all trust God? True we say that we trust God, but we don’t do what we say. We say that we trust God, but we don’t do what God wants us to do. We do what Saul of Tarsus tells us to do. We do what our Bible teacher tells us to do. We do what our priest tells us to do. But we ignore what God wants us to do. And yet we say that we believe in God. We say that we have faith in God. Why do we say that we have faith in God but refuse to do what God tells us to do and do what Paul tells us to do. And Saul of Tarsus is not a Prophet. Is that not strange? Is that not weird? Are we weirdos, or are we both Christian liars and weirdos? If we are, I am not surprised at all. Why am I not surprised? Saul of Tarsus said, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9.
