    I was sitting in front of my computer this morning thinking what to write. I have to write each day so my readers don’t get bored, and I must write something too so I don’t get bored. My favorite topic since I started posting was the Ten Commandments. So, I review the Ten Commandments again and ask what each of the Ten commandments has in common. Faith and work . First we must have faith or otherwise we would not do it. We do it because we have faith in them, or otherwise we would not do them. So, faith and work always go together, like our right shoe and our left shoe. It’s not optional. When you have your shoes on, you have two shoes on your feet. Do you have Muslim friends? Ask them about their laws and they will tell you that to be a good Muslim you must have faith and do what the Muslim law requires. Ask them. Jesus said not everyone who goes to church will go to heaven if he or she doesn’t do the will of Jesus’ Father. Why? Because Jesus’ Father owns heaven, not Saul of Tarsus. “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers !’ Matthew 7:21-23. Saul of Tarsus, on the other hand, contradicts Jesus and says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works , lest anyone should boast.“ Ephesians 2:8-9. Jesus wants us to do the will of His Father, faith and work , but Saul of Tarsus wants us to do his will, faith and no work . Readers, believe in Jesus.   Paul’s faith-but-no-work salvation theory does not apply to everybody. No, it applies to the thief on the cross only who is dying by the end of the day. Faith-but-no-work theory of salvation does not apply to remote desktop Christianity. How do I know that?     Today I am going to write about something briefly that I have never written before, no charge, no fee. This is about neighbors helping neighbors. That is what Christian life is all about. That is what Jesus does. I use Windows 11, as many do. What I will write is about what I know about programs/apps that come preinstalled with Windows 11. One of them is called “remote desktop”. What is a “remote desktop"? Remote desktop is a technology used to control one computer from another computer over a network or the internet .  Is your job to control another computer over a network or the internet, yes or no? If not, then you should immediately delete the remote desktop connection.   Why?  Because unfriendly neighbors can mess up your computer really fast and ugly!   Today is the Sabbath. I cannot think of a better way to spend the time other than to write about the law, the Ten Commandments. Why the Ten Commandments? Because the Ten Commandments is the will of Jesus’ Father, God.
