The Truth

  Today I want to discuss with readers what Adam and Eve know about the law. “And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.“ Genesis 2:7. “Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, "Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; "but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die." And the LORD God said, "[It is] not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him." And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place.   Readers, we don’t know why God gives us the Ten Commandments. And in my attempts to explain to my readers that we don’t know why God gives us the Ten Commandments, or why Jesus gives us His commandments, I may have used words that may offend some of my readers.     Readers, I want to write about a topic that I feel is very important for everyone to know and understand why we have laws in every country. Laws are necessary to rule our behavior. Everywhere we go we have different laws that govern our daily behavior, except in the church. The law in church is the law of faith. According to Saul of Tarsus, “ For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works , lest anyone should boast. “ Ephesians 2:8-9. Now, let's look at Adam and Eve. Did they have faith? No. Did they have work? No. God took eternal life from them not because they have no faith, but because they have no work. They disobeyed God. They ignored the law. I hope that all of my readers can understand that ignoring the law can have serious consequences.  Many of my friends died in their sixties. They eat too much food.
