Today I want to write about a subject that I have never written before. It’s about faith.
Those who are familiar with faith know that we can have faith in the teachings of God the Father, faith in the teachings of God the Son, or faith in the teachings of Satan. Where did we get our faith in the teachings of Satan from?
It must come from the dragon brought to us by the snakes, aka the false teachers, false apostles, or false prophets. All true Christians believe only in the teachings of God the Father and God the Son, and nobody else. While it is not too difficult to identify the teachings of God the Father and God the Son by reading the Bible, the teachings of the Holy Spirit are not that easy to identify and very difficult to know. Why? Because they are often brought to us by the snakes, the false prophets, the fake apostles, and by phony teachers.
The Bible describes the false prophets as the following: “Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden' ?" Genesis 3:1. The snake always makes us doubt. My father in law made his living by performing healing miracles by way of rituals and “jampe”, a sacred mantra used for invoking spiritual forces. He was a faith practitioner. He was already dead when I left Indonesia to come to the U.S.
He can heal the sick by performing certain rituals, like burning kemenyan (incense) and performing other rituals to achieve his goals. It’s amazing what he can do with his faith and rituals. He doesn’t believe in Jesus, Allah, or in the holy spirit. Just have faith in “bapak” or father Dato, my wife said.
My wife told me that her father had often repeatedly warned her not to repeat or say the bapak’s name in vain.
He has a lot of respect for the “bapak” or father Dato, the spirit that he consulted with on a daily basis. And so, I was not surprised at all when I read what Saul of Tarsus had written, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of work, lest anyone should boast,” found in Ephesians 2:8-9. Here Saul was talking about faith in “God”, and my father in law was talking about faith in his “bapak”. The only difference between Saul and my father in law is that my father in law was scared of mentioning his bapak’s name in vain, whereas Saul of Tarsus was not afraid at all of changing and deleting God’s laws and commandments. What did Jesus say about the law?
In Matthew 5:17-18 Jesus said, "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one title will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” Jesus said He did not come to change the law.

Paul says we are saved by faith, and not by following the law or by doing the will of Jesus’ Father. But Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.” Matthew 7:21.
Saul contradicts God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit: and heaven and earth have not passed away yet.
Brothers and sisters. Is your faith based on the teachings of God the Father and God the Son? Or is your faith based on the teachings of the apostles or snakes? Many of those who claimed that they are God’s apostles are snakes. Even Judas Iscariot was a snake. Judas Iscariot is an example for us to watch that even God’s chosen people can be snakes.
Trust only in God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ.
Read what Prophet Jeremiah wrote about false prophets or snakes. These snakes are everywhere, near and far. They are all over the world.
If we say we believe in Jesus, follow the teachings of Jesus. If we say we believe in the teachings of God the Father, follow the Ten Commandments and in what His prophets have taught us throughout history.
How do we know if they are snakes or not? We will know by what they teach. Are they consistent or not with the teachings of God the Father and God the Son? If they are not, you should not be among them.
