THE SEVENTH DAY SABBATH
`I [am] the LORD your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. `You shall have no other gods before Me. Deuteronomy 5:6-7. We worship God only. We listen to Him only. Readers, do you understand what God says? He says that we cannot worship or follow anyone else including but not limited to Saul of Tarsus, and we can not also worship or follow other fakers who use Jesus’ name to deceive us. We must be smart to understand God’s law, the Ten
Commandments, and their logical implications.
`You shall not make for yourself a carved image any likeness [of anything] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth [generations] of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
Readers, do we love God and keep His Commandments? If you do, bless you my brother because God will be merciful on you when Jesus returns. He can make us perfect at the last minute if He is merciful to us.
"Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the LORD your God commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day [is] the Sabbath of the LORD your God. [In it] you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your cattle, nor your stranger who [is] within your gates, that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you. And remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God brought you out from there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore the LORD your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day. “ Deuteronomy 5:12-15.
Readers, many Christians are confused and say that the Sabbath is tight to creation. No, the Sabbath has nothing to do with creation. The seventh day Sabbath is a HOLY DAY. The Sabbath is the Lord’s Day. “The seventh day [is] the Sabbath of the LORD your God. [In it] you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your cattle, nor your stranger who [is] within your gates, that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.” The seventh day Sabbath is not the same as Sunday. Churches, do whatever you want to do. I am not responsible for what you do. I am passing to you what I know about the Bible, nothing more, and hopefully nothing less.
Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me in that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name? "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' . Matthew 7:21-23.
Jesus said in Matthew 7:15, "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.”
Matthew 24:24, "For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
Matthew 5:17-18, "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one title will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.”
Jeremiah 29:8-9, “For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: Do not let your prophets and your diviners who are in your midst deceive you, nor listen to your dreams which you cause to be dreamed. For they prophesy falsely to you in My name; I have not sent them, says the LORD.”
Jesus said He did not come to change the law. He did not write the law. And He has no authority to change His Father’s law.
I believe the Lord’s Day will still be kept in heaven. The Sabbath is not like Sundays where we go to church and go to the beach to have fun after church. The Sabbath is a HOLY DAY.
