FOLLOW JESUS
Readers, my topic of conversation this morning is about following Jesus and following His Father. Jesus said, "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one title will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” Matthew 5:17-18. Readers, do you understand what Jesus is saying here? He said that He believes in the Law. Jesus believes in the Law. How about the apostle Paul? Does he believe in the Law? No, he doesn’t. Paul says in Galatians 2:16, "knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.” Galatians 2:16.
Millions or billions of Christians are caught between Jesus and Paul. Whom do they follow, Jesus or Paul?
The answer is simple. If your husband doesn’t believe in the Law, leave him. If your wife doesn’t believe in the Law, leave her too. But be patient, okay? Be patient. There is no need to rush. You can still get a divorce even when you are 85 years old and your children are 50 years old for irrevocable differences. It’s more profitable that you go separately to heaven, than go together and end in hell. But be patient. I know what the apostle Paul is doing. And I also know what Satan is doing. Be patient. Look at Abraham. How old was he when he let go of Hagar for irrevocable differences? 90 years old? Be patient.
Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven." Matthew 7:21. Jesus said "but he who does the will of My Father in heaven will enter the kingdom of heaven." He excludes Himself from His will.
Was Paul doing the will of Jesus' Father when he was on his way to Damascus? No, he was planning to kill more Christians. So, who was the voice from heaven that spoke to Paul when he was on his way to Damascus?
I believe it was the master plan of Satan. Paul can kill only a limited number of Christians by going from one town to another town. But by misleading people with Galatians 2:16 and the voice from heaven millions and billions of Christians can be easily be deceived. They don't have to follow the Law. Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven." Matthew 7:21.
The majority of Christians in the world don't know that the will of Jesus' Father is the Law, the Ten Commandments. Why? Because they have been deceived by the pastors, preachers, and priests, and the voice from heaven.
