ISN'T THIS HORRIBLE?
Readers, I am going to share with you a horrible story that I read in the Bible. Horrible stories in the Bible frequently excite me. Sometimes they make me drool from the excitement. I can’t help it. What is the horrible story about? It’s the story about Jesus who died on the cross to pay for our debts; to pay for the sins of Adam and Eve for disobeying the will of Jesus’ Father. Everyone who goes to church is well aware about the story of Adam and Eve. They disobeyed God’s order not to eat a certain fruit. They ate the fruit anyway and God evicted them from their home and prevented them from eating the fruit from the tree of life again, effectively cutting off their life to normal old age. No more eternal life for them. No more eternal life for humans. How can humans regain eternal life that they have lost because of Adam and Eve disobedience?
My answer is through repentance. DO THE WILL OF JESUS’ FATHER. But how on earth can we repent if we believe that Jesus had died to pay for our sins? Some smart Pagans came up with the idea that if the Jews should kill Jesus for blasphemy during the conflict between the Jews and the Gentiles, then everything is solved. Jesus had died to pay for the sins of Adam and Eve, they said. But what did Jesus say about His killers, the Jews? In Luke 23:34 Jesus, while hanging on the cross said, “Then Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do." And they divided His garments and cast lots.” God had forgiven their sins, because they did not know what they did. His death was an unfortunate ACCIDENT. No one is at fault. Jesus did not blame anyone. It was an accident. And He had forgiven those who had crucified Him. And we cannot profit from anything from which we have contributed nothing. How did the Pagans know that Jesus had died to pay for our sins when Jesus had blamed no one for His death?
How did the Christians know that Jesus had died to pay for our sins when Jesus had blamed no one for His death? Jesus’ death has nothing to do with why Adam and Eve have lost eternal life. The Jews crucified Jesus because they found Jesus guilty of blasphemy, and not for evicting Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden.
And so, Jesus’ death has nothing to do with why Adam and Eve were evicted from their home. Jesus was crucified because of blasphemy charges against the Jewish religion, and Adam and Eve were evicted and lost eternal life because they were disobedient to Jesus’ Father. They were two completely unrelated incidents. You see how smart Satan is? Satan connects these two unrelated issues overnight and makes the pagans say the following morning that Jesus died to pay for the sins of Adam and Eve. And millions of Christians all over the world believe this NONSENSE for thousands of years even until today. Isn’t this horrible?
Read here for the latest what Jesus said regarding His second coming. Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Readers, do you know what that means? It means repentance. "Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23. As you can see, in both cases, Adam and Eve and the men/women of great faith in Matthew 7:21-23 they lost eternal life not because Jesus had not died to pay for their sins, but because they did not do the will of Jesus’ Father. They refused to repent. You know why? Because Satan made them believe that Jesus had died to pay for their sins. Isn’t it shocking to see how millions of Christians can lie with a straight face?
We lost eternal life because we did not do the will of Jesus’ Father. Genesis 3:23-24; Matthew 7:21-23. We refused to repent because we believed that Jesus had died to pay for our sins. Adam and Eve lost eternal life because they refused to do the will of Jesus’ father.
And millions of Christians of great faith will be denied from entering heaven when He returns because they did not do the will of Jesus’ father. Matthew 7:21. They refused to repent. Why? Because they believed in the nonsense that Jesus had died to pay for their sins.
