DID JESUS FULFILL THE LAW?

Jesus said, "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one title will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. "Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches [them], he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. "For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds [the righteousness] of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:17-20. Millions of the newborn Christians say that they no longer follow the Old Testament laws because Jesus has “fulfilled” the law. Jesus, however, said that He did not come to destroy or change the law, but to fulfill the law. In the eyes of Jesus, to destroy/change the law and to fulfill the law are two different things. Jesus observed the Sabbath and He eats fish. He fulfills the requirements of the law. The newborn Christians eat something else that is prohibited by the Bible and hate the Sabbath. They don’t fulfill the requirements of the law. Do we understand the difference between changing the law and fulfilling the law? Readers, if Jesus has changed the law, why did He say, "Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches [them], he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” Why? Because Jesus wants us to comply with the law, and not change the law. That’s the reason why He warns us about these fake Christians who will change His commandments. WHY? Because changing the law is NOT the same as fulfilling the law. No, Jesus has not changed the law. That’s why He warned us of scribes and Pharisees possibly with Masters and PhD degrees who will change His commandments. Who are the leaders of our churches today? Are they the scribes and Pharisees with Masters and PhD degrees who don’t know the difference between change and fulfill, who are they? Or are they these kinds of Christians, “For the hearts of these people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with [their] eyes and hear with [their] ears, Lest they should understand with [their] hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.'” Matthew 13:15. Readers, why do we have so much trouble understanding English when most of us were born and raised in the U.S.A.? Jesus fulfilled the law by complying with the law, and not by abolishing or destroying the law. Destroying or changing the law is the work of Lucifer. And Jesus already said that He did not come to change/destroy the law. Are we lying again? Or are we trying to play off Jesus against God the Father? Please don’t do that. Why? Because God the Father said, by way of Jesus Christ, "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28.
Finally, allow me to talk a little bit with my readers who live in non-English speaking countries. Jesus said He came not to change the law, but to fulfill the law. What do the law require of us to do, to change the law, or to comply and fulfill the law? We cannot change the law because we don’t make the law. God made His law. God made the Old Testament law. And Jesus Himself said that He did not come to change the law. In fact, all the laws in the Old Testament and in the New Testament were given by God the Father. Who are we to change God’s laws? Who are we to change God’s laws, Superman or Wonder Woman? Are we out of our minds? The Kingdom of God has certain rules and regulations. If we don’t like their requirements, find another religion that we like. But don’t change anything to make them more appealing for making money. God knows of our intention. “Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every intent of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, "I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them." Genesis 6:5-7
