During the time of the prophets Abraham and Moses most Jews knew Him as Yahweh. Also known as God the Father by Jesus. After Jesus was born the Christians, but not the Jews, added a new God, Jesus Christ. And based on the teachings of Jesus the Christians, again, added a new God, the Holy Spirit, and the concept of Trinity was born, all based on the teachings of the Bible. Is that enough? No, that is not enough. The largest Christian church in the world, the Catholics, decided to play ”God” and changed the seventh day Sabbath to Sunday. Why? Because the Catholics erroneously believe that the Sabbath is primarily a “day of rest”. NO. The Sabbath is a HOLY DAY. And Jesus and all the prophets rest on the Sabbath because the Sabbath is a holy day ! God rested on the seventh day of the week not because He is tired of working too much during the week and needed a rest. He rested on the Sabbath because the Sabbath is a holy day. In John 10:30 Jesus said, "I and [My] Father are one." Do you know why? Here’s why. Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner. ” John 5:19.   Hundreds or thousands of articles have been written about Jesus, His mission on earth, and why He died. Why was Jesus crucified? Let’s start with the facts.
